              Sounds delicious!!

I just had a go at this

I ignored the 100g of fish and put 6 codling fillets in

Our lass ate some so it must of been ok, she normally will only eat fish that has spent 2 days on a trawler, a day on the fish market & 2 days in the chip shop before it gets cooked.
              Cheers, Keith.

I've got a freezer full of ling and cod - so I either cook fish pie every night this week or i come up with other ways to cook it....

Was the pie nice Keith? did you have the recommended cheeky little french number to go with it?

Aye it was canny Tony, didn't have that in the corner shop so had to settle for Blossom Hill

I fancy a go at making some kind of fish soup, one of the fishing programs from Norway showed some made on the boat by the skipper - looked delicious.

Had a search for recipes but they all look too complicated for someone who struggles to make toast
                  Cheers, Keith.

Cheers Bri, that doesn't look too complicated, can you buy "fish stock" or do I have to boil a heed or summit?
                      Cheers, Keith.

Aye ,loads of types - Knorr do a canny one ,and the Chinese supermarkets do loads ,but be careful cos the stock cubes a full of salt ,so dont season the dish until you have finished it or you will knack it up
