Then what happened ? Did you catch it, why was it in the bag in the first place,

I can't really believe people in the 70's were taking cats into work, you'd never get away with that nowadays, not with all the health and safety rules ....

When my daughter was about 3 and video cameras were just out, me and the missus decided to make a Santa delivers presents movie....

I got all the kit on and started out .....carrying all the presents in and putting them under the tree, while the missus was filming from behind the coutch, giggling ...anyway the mice pie was eaten, Rudolf was fed...Santa had a gulp of some good gin...and off he went...

The next day when all the family were all round and the little daughter was informed that Santa had indeed been captured on film...cries of of joy were heard..

Any way...full family all settled around the tv, video camera connected..and the film began...

Oooo ! Look....Santa! Cried the little one....Santa ! All the family in awe...wow..

Then a voice was heard " that's ya dad ".....
        Teenage nephew....

As a kid I had to leave out a glass of sherry for Santa and a carrot for Rudolph, the one year my Mam told me that she heard that Santa prefers a bottle of Brown Ale.....I remember thinking "Hold on a minute.....Brown Ale!!.....I know someone else that can put the Newcy Brown away!"

                  Regards Ian

                            Christmas Spirit

Lets face it Christmas is for children who's imagination and innocence is alive they believe what we as adults no longer believe.Because the majority of Christmas spirit for an adult comes out of a bottle. I for one would love to believe in all, at this magical time of year but alas I'm an adult with no young children so at least I could share some of there excitement on Christmas Day.
So I have now become a Grinch, a Scrooge a Bah Humbug kind of person.
