Dave M mentioned it elsewhere, I\'d like to have a little poodle at the subject meself. It looks like they\'re going to try to introduce them again, probably wrapped up in some war on terror bull****. How dare they. From what I\'ve heard there is going to be little public consultation on the matter. The word seems to be \"we will be introducing ID cards soon\" They are absolutely gagging to do it, both sides. The amount of information they have on us these days is terrifying. Their ability to tap our phones, read our e-mails, search our persons and enter out properties is unprecedented. We are THE MOST WATCHED country in Europe full stop. The argument \"If you\'ve got nothing to hide then you shouldn\'t be concerned\" is absolute tripe. \"If we\'ve got nothing to hide then why are you watching us you peen arses\" makes more sense to me. If that bitter and twisted little get Blunkett tries it on I suggest we respond with a big \"NO THANKS\". (For no thanks read .. **** you you ****ing ****)

Ell,to be honest i have\'nt got a problem with id cards,if it makes our country 1% safer then i\'am for it,god forbid that we have a 9/11,Bali Club or a Madrid style attack in this country. We seem to have some sort of peace in Ireland at the minute so we don\'t have a threat from the I.R.A etc (maybe its not politically correct to fundraise for them in the States anymore ! ).
illegal imigrants are systematically ripping off the state along with many other people,i agree that the government must hold there hands up on this one i somehow don\'t think I.D cards will stop people coming into this country through the backdoor.
I think there\'s alot of pro\'s and con\'s on this one m8

There are pro\'s and cons to be considered Alan. If we want to put a ****ing extension onto our tiny houses a long and drawn out process of consultation is entered into. Interested parties are allowed to represent their points of view, old ladies with hats complain about the noise etc. This is about to be dropped on us from a great height. How come we\'ve managed without ID cards in the past. And alan, are you 100% legal in every way shape and form, before now and ever after. You may find your goodself on the wrong end of this ****ty stick if we let them get away with it.

I thought about contributing to this post and said no. Then I thought about it and said no again, then it was the reason that you think that we seem to have some sort of peace in Ireland. Sorry alan.f I had to reply, Ask Mr Blair why our newspapers are banned from reporting, why our troops are still getting stoned, bombed and spit upon, It does not matter what lies he tells we are banned from hearing about it. I am not on any side here, my argument is about censorship.
I have taken two lines of dialogue from this post as I do not wish to compromise Tony, and I do not wish to get banned from this forum.
Sorry just removed another line.
Sorry Tony, It hit a sore point. It\"s been a bad night.
Jim.
Remember, some people are alive simply because it is illegal to shoot them.

Ell they are not going to have any dialogue on any issue you care to mention mate.
Whatever we say does not make one Iota.
The only thing we have in our favour is, the man is not going to be there much longer. Unless we keep on voting for monkey\"s in the N.E.Remember, some people are alive simply because it is illegal to shoot them.
