A stronger taste mate ,caught a few but I always give it away so to be honest I've not even tried it ,Kieth loves it and Mr.Charlton also ,although his must be of the donated variety

We get one or two cod, it does as a last resort when there's nowt else to eat

ling has a far superior taste to cod, much sweeter and a much meatier texture, many anglers donate their ling to me as sixfoot has pointed out simply because they find it hard to fillett. Any donations greatly accepted.AlanComment

Not bad at all, I had a go at filleting a dab yesterday, took your advice and just choped the heads off the other two .
