Not been around lately, mega busy at work, killed my car engine the other month so i was busy sorting that out and doing other things in the evenings/weekends aswell.. hastle with my pc\'s at home too and running around helping my parents out after my dad had an eye operation...

not been out fishing for months now either, i\'ve forgot how to bait a hook never mind cast a line

Been out a few times in the Blyth area and you havn\"t missed a lot mate. It\"s been a bit quiet.

Going to try again on Friday. Hope its better this week.

I know how you feel. Had a month or so off since the New Hartley Open, spent my time with work, kids and servicing the kit ready for the summer. I know what the priority is but haven\'t got any further than get the reels and screwdrivers out and watched them sit there.

Hoping to be out Tuesday night, will post results.

Was wishing i\'d dropped off the planet during the two and a half days work it took to change the car engine lol.

I\'ll have to check the tides for this weekend with it being a long one and get out for at least a couple of hours lead chucking, probably just drag one of the bairns along onto the pier unless i can drag myself out of bed for an early morning session...

Hey John, would have jumped at the chance, but I\'ve got both car taxes due that month and on friday night i managed to spin the 924 off the road just outside of cramlington and gave a tree a kiss... so i\'ve just killed my bank account on repairs this weekend and can\'t stretch to the new tackle i\'d need. Thanks for the offer of the place though, appreciate that, hopefully beg a trip with you later in the summer once i\'ve paid off this weekends debts
