Try putting a "Raincoat" or something similar on. You can even buy things to keep the water off your hair "Hats" I believe they're called_ I know people who have been involved in major flood scenarios. Some of them even had to resort to wearing "Coats"

A little dicky bird told me that hose pipe bans are imposed when the first few feet of water has evaporated and the pressure is greatly reduced, so they have to switch on the very expensive to run pumps that wipe out profit/dividends etc
