My Swing on the thing!
This clobber - that was produced by hard working men and women from all over the world, paid just enough to be able to buy some of it back whilst lining the pockets of the already obscenely rich - would never make it back on to the market. It would be destroyed! It is insured, the original "owners" of these products will be completely recompensed for the loss. We have a law in this country which allows this type of salvage to take place. Well financed companies make a fortune out of laying claim to wrecks out of range of us general "scavengers" and no-one bats an eyelid.
It should go without saying that the taking of swag obviously indentified as belonging to an individual, as harped on about in the media today, is not good. The rubbish and mess created again is inexusable. But hey a cheap boat falls apart and pollutes huge areas of our coast and the headlines are all about nappy thieves and empty wine barrel collectors.
I am retching again
