a transit van as been abandoned down hendon prom , on the side of the van it says windows cleaned by phill NEEFISH, could the owner please take it away , as no one else wants the neefish disease , the driver was seen leaving the van , apparently he threw is fishing rod and reel in the drink, and was said to be in a distressed state , shouting why did they call me neefish , neefish , neefish, he is described as being 6 foot 6 about 25 stone bald with one eye looking at the other, the public should not approach him as he as a dangerous infection NEEFISH DISEASE, keep well clear and you should be ok ,if seen let mrtt no as the person needs to be taken to the nearest vets and destroyed as soon as possible

Yeah i saw phil yesterday he was in a bad way..still got his plaster cast on his leg...hes sick of knocking rigs up now so hes took up carving .like the old whale fishermen used too on the whales teeth....phil mustvhqve a hidden talent as his plaster cast is now carved in the shape of a codling..must have copied it out of a book as never known him to catch any.........update....phil was spotted being escorted in straight jacket into the secure wing at cherry knowles dressed as a haddock
