has any one bought lead from a scrap yard latley. how much does it cost?

Everywhere I've tried has quoted me £1.20, that's in Wallsend and in Bury where I work

was at Swallwell today. 60 pence a kilo buying in and one pound a kilo selling.

Deffo mate scrap prices are way down at the moment to sell to scrap yard is 60p to buy from yard 1 quid. Copper has dropped by over a grand a ton and all is still falling

was just asking about the price as i have just come come across some at work, dont have time to visit scrap yards ,cheers also got some copper gutted to here its going down in price just my luck

copper always falls this time of year mate. will go up again in jan / feb.
they know ppl will want money fo christmas
