  • SS Pier 25/4/13

    Fished the slab area of the pier today 1pm - 5pm it was wet to start with then the the wind got up from no where and I had call it a day, baits used bluey and rag only got one flounder on bluey but it filled a few hours in sitting having a few beers now waiting for footy to start

    nice flounder mate, as I was scrolling down before reading, thought I was gonna see a Big Plaice...
    GET OUT THERE AND STICK A BAIT IN IT !!!

            At least you didn't blank mate, better than being at work. I'll be out plenty next week, I'm off work for a week and then the bank holiday, 10 days off woo hoo!

              Yeah better than a blank but thought it might of been better as we always do, the lads comeing from the end were saying they caught nowt either

                Did we pass you as we came off as me blanked again and Pete from shields were the only lads on the pier after the gate. Or atleast it looked like that anyway.
