Well I decided last week to give the fishing a miss until mid to late march however I got up early today to make the most of a day off and thought as it was such a nice day I would give the pier a try, got down there for 12.30 and just took my time setting up two rods till the water started to cover the slab fished till 4.30 baits used fresh rag and fresh lug only had a few bites but didn't connect with any fish, there was a couple of seals around not sure if that makes any difference to the fishing just think if the seals are there the fish must be around as well most of the lads were coming down from the end saying nowt doing

Unlucky mate but still better fishing than been stuck in the factory
