  • Multiplier problem

    Hi
I have a problem with my multiplier, it will not lock after casting, it just keeps letting line out. I have stripped it and everything looked fine.
    Suggestions please.

Sounds like your anti reverse is gooshed. Normally it's a small clip but I'm not too familiar with Shaky reels.

check the small metal fingers of the pawl, they have to slide over the metal cog , so that the cog sits between them , its easy to lay the cog ontop of them .... thats what i'd think it'd be anyways....
