h/pool red light
fished yesterday 13/12/12 with jimmy and carl 2 .I slipped on the ice going along the pier before we started but thankfully rods and reels were ok hurt knee though...we all blanked and so did everyone else on the pier....it was so cold i,m pleased i am not a brass monkey.... tried every bait know to man but to no avail....lines were freezing bait was freezing,it got so bad it was taking ages to thread bait onto your hook and your finger ends felt as though they were going to drop off....finally we were the only 3 left me and carl packed up at 15.45 jim stopped.... there were 3 seals swimming about all day hence no fish ..... but so cold -4 reading in the car... first blank this year hope there are no more
