      Well done on your catches mate. Shame about the big one. Seems like the pier is the place to be at the minute. Typical, seeing as I fished the river.

                cheers g.ordon but thats the chance we take fishing the pier some you win some you loose to be honest i was,nt really that bothered as i,ve had a few 9,s over the years but still not had a double yet so if it had of been bigger then i would of been gutted gave up on the double it will happen when it happens happy just to catch fish better than blanking and the banter with the lads is always ace.

                  just read your post jim yes it was stevie but i appreciate anybody helping mate they used to call me shakey stan when i dropped peter seymores fish off a few years ago which was about 8lb but it was freezing the whole pier was a ice rink but when i lost me temper and said to some of the anglers i did,nt see any of them climbing on the wall to lend a hand it went a bit quite lol peter was fine about it sound bloke
