Roker Pier 18/08/12

Went Down at 2am this morning,not a sole on,thought lovely pier to myself.
fished of the round head,catching whitys & colies ,kept me busy till around 5 ish,had around 12 fish altogether.then once the macky bashers started to turn up, headed down to the barrier with the float & me 10ft spinning rod,had a further 5 colies & 3 small pollock.saw 1 macky all morning & that was on the float,all n all it was a great mornings fishing,you just cant beat the early mornings.
