christened me new rod.
Well decided ti get up at 4 this morning and take me new spinning rod out again, to try and christen it. headed to roker for first light, a couple on the end already trying there luck, with daylights and feathers. Seen a few start coming in off the end, then about 5 ish got my first mackerel of the season, shortly follwed by another which dropped on the lift. Would of stayed longer but had to get ready for work, still canny couple of hours.
