    anyone been up lately,i want to take my son some where a bit more quiet than the pier,somewhere he can drop a float down,if anyone has any other locations that would be good for him please pm me.cheers lads

    Fished it last night 7 till 12 total waste of time & fuel, plenty of other anglers blanking and leaving their rubbish behind
    spinning, float, bait nothing was working

      I fished it on the amble open it was like Blyth pier rubbish everywhere collected a full shopping bag of line beer cans and other ****!!!!

        mornings on Blyth pier have been quiet lately I fish the float most of the time (more sport) got 4 yesterday there was a couple of lads fishing bait on the end
        had the pier to my self .two others spinning had a couple as well the guy's on the end even had a small doggy it was a good morning till I went to work and got my notice lack of work ah well more time for fishing

          went up on wed teatime few lads had few maccy early on we tried bait float lures couple knocks on bait rod nowt on lures or float
          spoke to lads there from 3pm they left at 8pm not a sniff mate
          as for rubbish your right old bbqs rig packets carrier bags we took our rubbish away but wasnt taking other peoples as sick of clearing up after other people

            It's got to be said we share our sport with some completely thick arrogant characters - leaving litter at marks, what is that about????
