        Well POP65 there/s a chance there will be more coddies next week as the weather has to change again so this cold weather will bring back the cod hopefully but its nice to know they are still about at least you can still have a bit fishing done ashore.its good news for everybody so good luck to you.

            aye fingers crossed mate with big sees running mite bring few in going to try beach tomorrow two hrs either side of low water then hit the tyne for last half of flood and see what happens got some nice fresh crab to try in river mate thats what we tk on last week hpefuly big tides mite bring them in

              yip the codling we kept was stuffed full of peeler so thats what there feeding on at the min.
              Species 2012 - Cod, Flounder, Dab, Plaice, Pollock, Eelpout, Common eel, Granny Fish, Whiting, Coalie, LSD, Rockling, Bass.
