Littlehaven Beach 11/02 & Ouseburn 12/02

Get some excellent lug and rag from Frasers and fished 5 hours up to high tide on Saturday on Littlehaven Beach. Sea was like a millpond. Complete waste of time, not even a bite in 5 hours fishing. Bait was coming back in immaculate condition. Big disappointment.

With the left over rag I went to the Ouseburn tonight and fished 2 hours down from high tide. Caught 2 undersized codling, 26 & 22 cm. Both safely returned. These 'tommys' were enough to perk me up and to forget about the cr*p day on Saturday.

This was the bigger of the two.

Fished Little Haven beach my self on Saturday...right side of the car park..had a double shot first chuck...tommy and a good size flounder...went flat at high tide.
