started off walking along to the end but there was 2 lads on the small wall had been there all day since 9 in the morn and only had a whitie ,also the south east corner was unfishable with that wind so opted to go to the 45 mark fished for a couple of hours without a bite then the lads came off the end with a codling about 2.5 lbs fished another hour with nothing getting caught then the lad beside me hooked in to something decent but snapped his trace at the side of the pier was just gonna go to the first gate when i got a decent slack liner which resulted in a plump 6lb cod next cast got one 3.5lb fished another couple of hours with nothing but was still happy ,on the way off there was a fish about 8lb ish at first gate laets hope these seas keep getting bigger then calm off for the weekend ,baits were yellows,mussel,frozen crab and rag fish took mussel n lug
