Had a look down St Peters the day with the bairn, his 1st time fishing and 1st time in about 8 years for me. Fished from 12- 3p.m. had 16 fish between us, a mixture of small whities and small and size flatties, nowt major like but some good sport and it has really got me 5yr old lad interested in fishing. Baits used lug,rag and mackie. Think i might have to start making a habit of taking him out and maybe trying to get back into it myself.
