Me and scotty91 had another run up to St Abbs with the weather being a bit more settled sea a bit flatter we thought we could be into some decent Pollock but for some reason no show we threw every thing at them but nowt apart from 1 coley which gave a canny little scrap weighting about 1lb1/2 .fished up to top water then noticed scotty had a nice bend in his rod pulling in a plump 3lb codling well done m8 about 10mins later me the same nice codling about the 2lb mark .Well no Pollock this time but a couple of nice codling and 1 coley plus a few missed fish but still a enjoyable day

Well done guys. Lovely photos. Not sure you've chosen the best (or cheapest lol) spinning mark around St Abbs, but he who dares wins and I'm sure there are fish there (mostly at your feet). A tad further north might, imho, produce more fish and less pain. Just depends on the size of your calf muscles. Look forward to the next instalment.
