port carlisle 3/8/11

fished port carlisle today 2 hours up 2 hours down, big tide, perfect weather and peelers almost falling out their shells. unfortunately the fish didn't want to play today for some reason. fished 2 rods with the best of baits and only managed 8 flounders best only around the 1lb mark. not sure if it was the size of the tide (it was a big bore today and the tide raged for around an hour) or maybe the amount of weed in the water (it really was horrendous today)
but the weather was good and didn't blank so a lot better than being at work (then again pulling my toenails out with a pair of rusty pliers then dipping them in salt would be better than being at work !!!!)
