Went to blyth, fished the river for a few hours got absolutely nothing so drove to the quayside (just past quayside pub near the copthorne hotel)for a few hours, managed to catch two flatties, first was a plaice (about 10 inch long) then caught another flatty (not a plaice) this one about 12 inch ..struggled a bit gettin the hook out cos it was a greedy bugger..both fish returned used rag worm as bait
