Had a few crab that were popping and needed to be used so went down claxheugh 2 hours before high water. Very little tide pull on due to the small tide and the fish simply weren't in feeding mode, got 3 coalies 1 size 2 just undersize. Half an hour before high water I decided to move to deptford and try the spoon on the first of the ebb. Again there was very little tide pull and the fishing very slow, managed to get 3 flounders out on the spoon though best around the pound mark. So all in all pretty disappointing but the weather was great and got a few fish.
