Well, first maccys trip of the year out the way and two first cast so not a bad start! Me and my bro took 12 in about 3hrs and not much else doing for the rest of the lads apart from the odd few here and there plus a nice Pollock taken about 07:30am to a lad spinning (2lb ish). Not loads of fish about but no bloody wind for a change!!!!

Well done on the catches mate, I got down around 9.15 and 18 rods were out which was a shock, did everyone take the same day off work lol. As for catches there had been 3 mackerel taken, the rest were launce, I blanked myself but it was nice to be out and chat to the lads passing.

I was one the end of the pier bait fishing and having a go at spinning
And guess what I blanked on both rods I left at 4 and had only lost 3 rigs all day so not bad shame about the fish like still bout 1 on the end when a left pulling in coalies plaice and dabs 1 had had a mackerel on bait aswell
Couple of lads with full houses of decent coalies on daylights
Ah well that's my rant over untill the next time
I'm just gonna get back on the boats next weekend and catch some decent fish

I was on the end from about 5 am untill about an hour or so after high water I caught two coalies and a few sand eels, not a great day fish wise but met a few members from here, so even when the rain p***ed down on us spirits where high and i for one had a great day loads of laughs and banter.
Oh and there were a few codling caught one was 3.6 lb.
And i would like to thank all the lads for the tips they gave me.
Big thank you to Andy who i will remember as the rain man because of his phone app he knew when the rain was going to stop rainy days lol
