Seems wind died off abit. want to do some simple fishing as not been out in year`s . prob 4yr`s + macky on the cards i think.. any hopes for blyth pier. I promise not to take my cans LOL, ps im 35 so passed that phase lol...
Looking out the office window(05:00) at the tree's there NOT moving first time in days they haven't been swaying.So it looks like (for now) the wind is taking a break.
Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught
I'm heading out early tomorrow morning to shields pier putting a bait at distance and try my luck with a few feathers and spinners hope for a fish is all you can do
Not heard of many from blyth yet though boats are taking a few from amble
I had a bike down today there was 4 lads fishing on the end afew bags biggest around 10 mackerel i stayed for an hour but not much was caught while i was there.
Fished Blyth on Wednesday night about 50+ macky caught and a decent coaly
between about six of us ,got a freezer full pulled four out on one cast , first time spinning, lots of fun..Funny thing is a lad had been spinning at the corner and blanked and turned up asking if we had caught out ..
