had leftover bait from wear session so headed to horden armed with squid...two rods one at range with two hook flapper size 1.0s another just casted out about 60yds ish on one up one down rig size 4 hooks. two plaice caught and released n took some rubbish photos on phone may post it when i figure out how to use it ... both fish taken on down hook size 4 aberdeens on rag tipped with washed squid ..i would say about the 1lb mark each beatifully marked fish ...lovely day out ... wish i did not have to bloody work tomorrow ...

photos are quite pixellated wont be uploading them ,....the plaice were approx 25 cm each with bright orange spots... . but without the photos i could have said 25lb each but hey ....it was a nice day out and it was lovely seeing them swim back in the water which was crystal clear today down at horden ....Punch and pull then let rip
