back to work tomorrow so decided to have one last session over port carlisle, arrived just after 10'oclock and got set up on the mud. i wasn't long before the bore came and the fish were about 15 minutes behind it. the wind was a bit blustery but not too bad at first. in the next hour or so got 12 flounders on fresh crab, all the flounders were a really good size virtually all 1lb plus with the best probably just over 1lb 8oz. then as the water reached the grassy bank the wind really started to blow, this seemed to kill the fishing stone dead, nothing for the next 2 hours then on my last cast got another one out. so not as prolific as my previous sessions but still ended up with 13 fish. pity about the wind as i'm sure i would have had a lot more fish without it, well back to tenko tomorrow !!!
