cracking fish that mate. really want to get out and catch a decent plaice like that.

You get plaice/flounders near your local haunt Adam at high water..

I had flounders there the other day on the flood.

I was on the Slab mate. As I said though very quiet, one bite one fish for almost six hours fishing.

Cracking fish mate. Where exactly is the slab and were you fishing seaward or river (assuming pier like)? Fish shields pier all the time but never heard of that mark. Looking at the ground it's either at the beginning or after the blocks I would say though, or is it not the pier?

Hell of a Plaice that, well done mate. Might not have had loads of bites but you can't not be chuffed with a bin lid and lobster

was a guy last year pulled in a bin lid from pier end casting into the mouth he'd had nowt all day until i gave him some crabs legs to tip of the rag
