    Catch Report 16/12/2010

    Hi All,

Well another shocking night on the beaches of the northeast, Me and my mate john arrived at lynmouth to be met by tonnes of weed ( Bo**ocks ) Moved quickly to cambois and spoke to two lads who were fishing the ramp they had caught nowt but had been getting bass to 2 1/2lb the day before. We opted for the binns but the water was to shallow, We then moved to blyth pier we were met by three more anglers who had fished the pier and the beach and had zip. Finally moved to the beach in front of the astley arms first cast and we could'nt even hold bottom with a 6 o/z lead on. All in all a really sh** night and dont think i'll be out until after the wk end

Eyh Swally, it's hard going out there at the moment, it's just about hitting the right shot, (nice hole,no weed) to be in with any chance of getting a bite, let alone a fish, but, they will return, hopefully soon, then we'll be reeding "catch reports" in stead of "no catch" reports
