fished from 5-30 pm till 8-30.started at south end of beach ,lots of weed and kept getting pulled to my right towards swimming pool,lad arrived to the right of me and thought he wouldnt be to happy pulling my gear in each chuck--lol,so moved to middle of beach.nice hole there and in looked good.first chuck and bang,a nice 3lbder,thought id be in for a good night but not another fish .packed up and went home.there was to lads to my right but dont know if they got owt.bait used frozen crab,black lug and squid on 2 hook flapper

When I drove past the beach at 11 this morning there was a hole at the north end before Slatey. It looked like it would be worth a cast or two later tonight as it was a lot more sheltered than the middle and south of the beach.
