Had a look down Hall Beach yesterday for the first time at this mark. Fished tea time 4pm till 7pm bottom of the steps as the tide was massive and needed easy escape route ( Didn't want to hinder the local lads on the prom on thier patch )
I used pennel with rag tipped with squid , found it hard at times to hold bottom but persevered and managed three whighting just under size and a few rattles in between. A cold wet session but good result at new mark , will try again soon .
