newbiggin breakwater ?

just wondering has anybody fished behighnd the old breakwater in newbiggin as im thinking about going there. it looks heavy on the gear like. in anyway ive seen 1 person ever to fish there about 3 yrs. ago but i would like to know the ins and outs around the breakwater any tips ?

used to fish off the rocks between the breakwater and the church years ago cant remember losing much gear there. Big hole in front the church is worth a try

theres loads of gud marks thy, full of kelp and gullies if its the breakwater am thinkin of

The lobster wells

I think the area you are referring to is the lobster wells so-called I believe because of the large square holes cut into the rock, so watch your footing and take plenty of sinkers because it's as rough as a badgers ar*e.
