  • Tonights catch report.

Well headed out for approx 8.30pm tonight to one of my local hotspots, got set up just before dark, off to a slow start, I could not beleave how big the sea was, breakers were clashing 6ft high - 4 rollers at a time , Perfect, Had a few knocks that came to nothing, until just before high water, then the action started, result, 4 good codling best 4.75 pounds, smallest 2 pound.
Kept 2, two returned for me to catch another time.
Baits used, frozen peeler, fresh mussle.
A very enjoyable night. Flask is a large 2 litre along side my 4.75 lb codling.

many thanks mate, I must admit, im doing alot better now than I have ever done in any winter, im prying it only gets better, Im not the only one that is finding a lot of good fish local in these so called summer months, but I asure you all , I will be out there in the cold wet winter nights, rain , hail ,snow etc, the same as years gone by, looking & fishing for the buzz of a cracking night fishing.
                          Best Regards Sean
