fished tynemouth peir sunday club comp not many fish showed up but did mange 2 get a 12oz plaice so saved the blank ! whitley pipe monday nite with bait that was left over 1 small codling saved the blank again 
1 lad fishing the very end had nice cod just over 4lb a think he said when he weighed it ! couple of lads spinning were taking goodsize mackeral and pollock every other cast ! went 2 blyth peir this morning hoping 2 stock up on mackeral for freezer down first lite conditions looked perfect water full of sprat and sandeel sea trout jumping. but only managed 3 and 1 coalie most other people blanking athink very dissapointing really
