wel after not been out for a while a couple of us decided to have a dodge up scotland.we set off from sunderland about 3.00pm friday afternoon and got there about 6hours later.

the 1st mark we were planning on fishing was a mark on the south side whitch on getting there we noticed the place was over run with bulls,so that was a no go.we headed over the north side and pitched our tents next to the chapple.we didnt do any fishing here we just got legless and got our heads down, anyway

the next day(saturday)with a banging head ache decided to fish the flat rock past the quary.first couple of hours were very poor.with baits coming in untouched, squid and maccy wrapps

then the fish started to feed with the 1st to me a doggie

then me again with a spur dog

    then gav managed a spur

we managed a few more fish between us before heading to get a kabab

after the food we decided to try a little past the flat rock on this patch

we had no luck here.we saw a bit movement in the water so a got the light rod out with some feathers and got this little fella

that was all the fishing we done to be honest got some canny pics of the surrounding area

and thats all folks.all in all it was a good time.cheers chaps
