Seahouses.....some time last week

Been stopping up at my caravan last week and getting my new boat sorted but found time for a quick shore session whilst the wife took kids swimming.

Had a few fresh peeler with me so thought i would just try the point at Beadnell as this is where i always fish but at the last minute i decieded to try the rocks behind the gollf course at Seahouses.

Only had time for a few chucks so got set up and 1st cast i had a great bite but missed it so fresh bait went on and straight into a fish again this time landing a 2 1/2lb codling

Next chuck also had a great bite which i again missed :? couple more chucks but the tide was now slack and the fish not feeding so called it a day

nice one greg, if you were on the middle skeer it can fish well first of the flood, always seems to go dead slack water, so stick it out mate
