  • Shields Pier Monday 18th

    Had a shot of the pier, around the 42 mark, on monday, not much doing, had a canny flattie (photo please carl) that was it between the three of us all night. Saw a few lads coming of the end who'd a a few small fish but that was it.

        I'm suprised how good the pictures look, my phones got a good camera on it like lol
        Species: Cod, Bass, Coalie, Flounder, Dab, Rockling, Mackerel, Plaice, Pollock, Ballen Wrasse, L/S Scorpion, Common Blenny, Weaver (unfortunately), Whiting, Common Eel, Trout, Pike... think that's it

              i always fish the sunderland area but because of the pier been shut i decided to go the goyne last night

              i arrived at 11pm and fished until 3am had a couple of small codling but i lost
              loads of gear (11 sets ) is they a leadge on the end of the goyne and what is the best time to fish this mark

                  LG renoir...... 8MP..

                  8MP is all well and good but its still the lens quality and the flash, but seemed to handle it even with Phill's light on lol

                    aye it looks decent quality, avgot a sony ericsson satio 12.1mp and it takes quality pics good flash too. any ideas what the numbas on lens mean??

                      not sure mate i haven't fished that mark much, but from what i can remember you want to fish into the river casting towards the church on the north side.
