Fished Lynemouth from 12 mid-day,nice day but a bit bright and sunny with
a light west wind.
Had 4 cod to 2.1/2lb but also snagged up with 3 other fish and lost them and all the end gear.
We fished the north end between boghall and the burn about the middle,very,very bad ground for losing gear but didn't want to move away as the cod was there.
Must have loss ed 10 or more leads and used rotten bottoms on all the rigs dont know what the snag was,as reported a couple of weeks ago same problem and I thought a discarded net but not sure this time.
the cod came at high water and on the ebb so from 4.30 ish to 7.30pm,an enjoyable day apart from losing gear and fish in the snags,this beach has claimed some lead from me this year.
