  • Horden Friday

bit of a delayed report due to pc crash.

Fished Horden beach Friday night from 6.30pm till 6.30am as it was only day i could get out in the week. Armed with fresh crab, yellas, blacks and razor i caught a 1lb 6oz codling first chuck. Bites were steady and i managed to lose a couple in the waves before i got a 1lb 10z codling around 11pm. Caught a 2lb codling just before low water then all quiet till the flood started. Lost what seemed a decent fish before landing my PB codling of 5lb at around 4am. Bites dried up after this although i did get a bass at 6am. All in all a good session although i probably lost a couple of decent ones through the night.

You must be knackered. At least it was worth it. Hope to go there this week.
