late report but was out on saturday in my new found high tide spot down the beach. fished 2 up and 3, down sea was perfect.
2nd cast had my first fish 1 1/2 lb codling caught on lug + razor, then nowt til top of the tide another cod, this time alittle better of around 2lb.
the next three hours produced another 4 codling biggest been 2 1/2 lb ended up with 6, baits used were rag, lug (freshly dug on the morning) a few white rag and razor. thats 14 cod so far this season my best ever start hope it continues

during the day, high tides was 2:45 i think, ther was plenty of colour in the water though

cool i was down on the night with my brother and dad and we had 13 cod from 1 1/2lb upto 3lb and a couple of whities all taken on pure lug baits
