Fished up at lynemouth last night with jamcod and richie, plenty bites which saw me land three small coalies and a flatty, richie managed a cod of about a pound and a half, but i think jamcod was doing his best to drown as many fresh crab as possible lol,,,,,Jam(no fish) never mind jamcod

got this one about 1983 or 5 - 11 or 12lb my fishing m8 who took this pic has had bigger cod from there.i like to fish left of pipe on the flood and right on the ebb. blast beach often gets mentioned on here, similar to this beach but this is much better area for cod imho. this beach along with the blast is not as good due to the water clearing up due to the pits not dumping but get the conditions right and the cod are there.

Cracking fish John, whats your PB?

I agree the blast isn't anywhere as good as it used to be but on its day it still throws out some good fish.
