After blanking on Thursday at the same venue had a canny sesh tonight...it pays to move...

Getting nowt over my usual spot so shifted for what turned out to be a daft little session over low water on my reserve mark from where I can actually see my house.

    Result was 1 Plaice about 1.5lb 2 x codlings 2lb each and 1 x Bass around 2.5lb.

All went back except one badly hooked codling.

    That's my biggest bass.

Baits frozen runny and frozen crab.

    PB Cod Boat 17lb

Nice session. Thinking of going down there myself tonight or tue/we'd night. Was it on the roker beach beside the pier? Rag or lug?

Best thing I can say is to scout the beach yourself or google earth it on a low tide. Ragworm is the best worm bait off here but I'd use crab and if you don't have any, mussell. Can fish right on low water as the fish scour just behind and in the gutter..there's 5 or 6 shots that can all work. Watch for strong tide pull.
