      Thanks again for the compliments people - however I can't help but feel that I've now used up my luck for a while & will blank spectacularly in the Sluice Open at the weekend!

      We'll see.........

              excellent.

              remember once when my reel nested up on the south pier and a crab bait ended up about 10 yards out. managed to get it back within a minute.
              to my amazement, a 2lb pollock on the end.
              .

                        no chance in the comp tonight, thats mine ;D lol

                        i just hope most places arnt weeded up, i have been on a scout about this morning and most places had weed on the high tide mark and weed floating about in the well colored water
