  • Hunting Cod.

    No luck with any decent Cod from Hartlepool yesterday guys but caught few nice Whiteys. We complain but when they come in like this what can u say. This took a massive bait for a Cod and must be the biggest I have caught. Easily 40 cm.

          Nice to fish with you Mick, I take it they didn't come on during the night then!

          I never seemed to stop baiting up all day, must of had a dozen whiting...including 2 doubles. Hartlepool really is whiting central, disappointed a decent cod never showed up I have to say but better than a day at work.

                      Chut u read it wrong mate. I was saying to Liam who was fishing with me on Heugh weekdays are bad going home at peak periods.
