not a bad night

went out last night with (neil) kingfisher for the 1st session of the winter.neil being neil was into fish straight away a nice cod about 2lb.i got a coley just on size so i put it back.the bites kept coming all night ..we ended up with 11 fish only 3 to me 8 to the fat man..we kept 5 ..the biggest a cod about 5lb.. neil also go a slug. which i had to take of the hook for him as he will not touch them (big girl)

Sounds like a cracking night was had by all. Pb cod is 3.5 lb so 5lb is great.
Plenty o salt n vinegar lovely bread n butter with a can o stella lush.

no not us mate..we fished rocky, thursday and friday nights just got coleys on friday..........
