first cast out with a twin flapper rig caught 2 codling one 3lb and one 2lb7 on the same cast !!
could not believe it thought I was in for a good session then went quiet
only managed a rockling after that but not a bad little session

bait used Irish lug and rag

very snagy ground lost 11 leads but well worth it
thanks to the guy who gave me some extra line lol
    Species CAUGHT : Codling,Mackerel, Coalie,Dab,,smooth hound,spotted hound, Sea Scorpion, Rockling , Whiting

Bit snaggy off there with two hook flapper. Probs better off with a pulley rig and rotten bottom. Well done on your cod.
Personal best, 12.5lb Tope Scotland. 22/05/2012.

                      nee pier peg for me.

probably go for the kelp beds.

If I was a betting man, I would say odd fish to 3lb around drum ends.
Easington/chems / ryhope for the rough ground might hoy odd fish oot.

never cancel out horden for odd stray good fish.
