    been awee bit under the weather lately,fished the odd session overxmas with poor results and see from a few posts that fish seem to be making an appearance from certain marks,is that th case up the north east coastline or just the odd pocket of fish

    It seems strange, some people say they have done well with size of fish but the catches seem to be down in the areas where you would expect to catch bread and butter fish, such as whiteys, a few larger fish have been caught ,but alas not by me ,i live in hope as i suppose everyone else does,you pays your money you take your chance,we just keep trying, good luck with your next trip .A little local knowledge, is always beneficial

      all you can say about the fishing is patchy, the odd angler is finding a few fish or a decent one but many are blanking, it is the same story all along the coast from Hartlepool to Berwick.

        its not great by all means theres not alot of decent fish about in these conditions but i do put some hours in while i can so i guess you have to be in the right place at the right time day or night and a bit of lady luck just my opinion

          Thanks lads,
          suppose i will give it a try,still sitting on some bait i dug so may as well give it a shot at the weekend and maybe i will have something to report with a bit of luck.
