The first one I filleted it the flesh was dark with blood spots so is still in the freezer will give them to some local guy they keep every thing they catch big or small went on line for info on them and you have to bleed them no Scottish Billy didn't get it im actually staying about a mile from Billys place and had a right job carrying it up the road the big one was well bled as a local gaffed it for me and I gutted it on the rocks anyway after claiming the bragging rights at the local boozer !.50 a pint happy hour I gave it to a local guy
